At a global level, innovation is gathering pace and bringing different worlds closer together, through communicating and working remotely, network selling etc. These technological transformations means that complex systems need to be mastered, including distributed and secure architecture, information systems that communicate, shared reference systems and technical data etc.

Engineers at Eurogiciel Ingénierie use their technical and scientific capabilities to design, organise and run tomorrow's systems.

Involved with the biggest names in the industrial and service sectors, Eurogiciel Ingénierie is recognised for its wide-ranging project managership know-how.

Example of some projects

GICR 2000 PROJECT: IT Grouping for Pension Funds for the year 2000

By Alain, Assistant Director at Eurogiciel in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region of France and Olivier, RTU at Eurogiciel

    Presentation of the grouping

The GICR 2000 is an EIG of technical resources, today grouping 24 pension funds around France.
Its aim is:

the design, realisation and maintenance of an information system, which should help the institutions to fulfil their statutory obligations in the areas of activity covered by the ARRCO and AGIRC pension funds. The ultimate objective is the adoption of a single company reference system and a single individual reference system,

deployment of and assistance with the implementation of the IT applications concerned and their organisational solutions

Description of the project

The project's aim is to provide the pension funds with an information system:

ensuring the management of professions within institutions, giving gains in productivity and ergonomics,

spreading out costs,

based on technology that uses market standards (UNIX /AIX and NT environment, SYBASE or ORACLE relational databases, powerful open MIDDLEWARE, Uniface computer-aided software environment from COMPUWARE)

able to handle the changeover to the Euro.

The project is divided into 2 autonomous operational domains: ALLOCATAIRE and ADHPAR (Members/Participants)

Eurogiciel is involved in 3 major sub-projects covering the ADHPAR domain, as follows:

design, specifications, realisation, parameterisation and integration of the sub-projects into the ADHPAR application.

elaboration of a data model independent of the professions applications.

Common Logic Services (SLC) Bureau

Creation of an original product, comprising a series of logic services destined for use by a Client Application.

  These services are:

management of security at the time of connection,

management of the institution's human organisation,

the allocation of work and accreditation in terms of processing and data,

management of system audits, ,

management of the changeover of an applications context (workflow) between functional procedures. .

Common Logic Services (SLC): Administration

Elaboration of an administration product for the ADHPAR application and technical architecture for the Batch programmes.

Integration of the administrative functions into the SLC Bureau product.

The technical architecture around the batches enables the management of reruns, the management of commit, the recuperation of parameters and the creation of standardised reports.

The administration application enables the definition, the initiation of Batch processing and the follow-up of Batch and TP processing. The functions can be integrated alongside market schedulers.

Common Logic Services (SLC): Mail.

Mail management application: from the creation of a document until the time it is printed. Very large volumes are concerned and versions are characterised by complex individualisation of data (multiple DB). This also includes the management of follow-ups, the re-printing of documents and the search for stored documents.
